‍What happens when I sign up for a new membership?

You will receive instructions to set up your BROS Member Portal account by email. Once logged in you can see your donation history, update your personal info andemail preferences, and access the full-length rock operas in the Video Vault! ALSO, you will get a BROS Membership card sent to you via email attachment and in the mail.

How do I get my 10% discount on tickets? How do I get my free supporter tickets?

You will be able to purchase tickets to the shows using a special members-only ticket type. If your membership includes a ticket, you will receive a 100% off discount code. When you arrive at the show, you’ll get a slip to claim your other perks.

I previously paid for my BROS membership using Paypal. Why don’t you offer that option anymore?

Our new system is not compatible with Paypal automatic payments. You can set up automatic recurring payments with any Credit Card, or with Google Pay. If you still have a recurring payment to BROS through Paypal we ask that you cancel that automatic payment and sign up for a new membership. For questions on how to cancel your PayPal payments or for other payment options, please email devo@baltimorerockopera.org.

Is this Membership tax-deductible?

Rock Operative Memberships are NOT tax-deductible. Supporting Memberships are. You will receive a welcome letter acknowledging this amount along with your membership card. If you are still donating our prior payment system (Paypal) monthly members will receive their tax letter after the BROS fiscal year ends. Otherwise your tax letters are processed automatically via email.

How long does my Membership last?

One calendar year from the day you purchased your Membership, unless you select to auto-renew. You can cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your Neon Constituent Portal: https://baltimorerockopera.app.neoncrm.com/login

What is the BROS Annual Members Party?

The annual Crappy Santa Party is our way to say THANK YOU to our Supporting Members and our volunteers. It's a time to mingle and hang with the BROS community, have some delicious drinks and enjoy some stupid/heartwarming entertainment. All Member levels receive free admission. Keep an eye on your email for an invite. The party usually takes place in early December at BROS HQ.
