The LIT Designer will be responsible for all LED light elements and small electronics in costumes, giant puppets, props, and sets. They will work with respective department leads to integrate lights into elements harmoniously. Most lights will have to be programmed to flash or change color on cue. This position includes running weekly volunteer workshops at BROS HQ, as well as attending weekly production meetings (in person or video call.) Also looking for a LIT Assistant! Please keep in mind that the BROS Fall show is the smaller, simpler, lower budget show.

In a world inspired by tabletop fantasy RPGs, a clumsy caravan of wise-cracking warriors must work together to save their city from a tyrannical, ancient evil. A 45-minute concert opera featuring live music by local prog-rock band Bardic Compass. Coming October 2026.
