The House Manager is in charge of the logistical side of the audience experience. This includes managing bar/snack/merch teams, making necessary signage, and keeping front of house traffic flowing smoothly. This also includes attending weekly production meetings at least once a month (in person or video call.)
  • Responsible for opening and closing the venue before and after every show date. This involves staying and making sure everyone is out of the building before locking up.
  • Works with the BROS Volunteer Director or show-based Volunteer Coordinator to recruit volunteers for ticketing check-in, concessions, bar and ushering.
  • Works with the show’s Front of House Designer to communicate the functional needs of Front of House the expected flow of guests and signage needs.
  • Assigns duties to Front of House volunteers, gives training and feedback where necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public-facing venue spaces.
  • Answer the box office email address, responding to guest questions and concerns.

Lempira is a massive, mythic tale of good and evil, told with music, puppetry, and theater. Based on true events and Mesoamerican history & mythology, Lempira tells the historic tragedy of the Lenca tribe through Latin-inspired metal and the creative use of language. The show opens May 9th 2025 and closes May 31st 2025. BROS is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse creative environment.
