Strategic Direction - 15%

• Develop and execute BROS annual strategic fundraising plan.
• Prepares progress reports and statements regarding the performance of the Development department to stakeholders, and suggests areas for improvement to the Board of Directors and Staff.
• Maintain and analyze donor and ticketing data in Neon CRM to further revenue goals.

Grants - 30%

• Works with BROS Executive Director to maintain the grant lifecycles, including LOIs, full proposals, and reporting requirements. 

Individual Giving - 20%

• Identifies and cultivates donor prospects, holds discovery calls and conducts visits with potential donors, and works to renew gifts.
• Serve as the lead gift officer for major gifts for BROS ($500 and up).
• Manages individual direct fundraising solicitations, including email campaigns (annual year-end giving campaign).
• Develops and manages the BROS supporting membership program.

Sponsorship - 5%

• Work with staff and Board to secure sponsorships from individuals and businesses for events and programs.

Stewardship - 10%

• Develops an annual stewardship plan for all donor segments.
• Maintain relationships with major donors, foundations, government funders, corporations, capital funders, and supporting members.
• Ensures acknowledgement letters are distributed in a timely manner.
• Ensures sponsors and major donors are recognized properly in show collateral and online.

Events - 20%

• Acts as the lead event planner for development events. Defines fundraising goals and strategies for the event. 
• Works on-site at development events and helps to coordinate staff and volunteers at events as needed.
