When I stepped into this role, I knew BROS was something special. Since then, every production, every volunteer workshop, every board meeting, every late-night build session reinforced the same truth: BROS is powered by extraordinary people. Together, we have accomplished so much in a relatively short time. Most importantly, we proved that BROS is not just surviving, it is growing.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who trusted me with this role, challenged me to become a better leader, and worked alongside me to build something meaningful. The relationships I have formed here will stay with me for the rest of my life.
As I step away, I do so with tremendous confidence in BROS's future. This organization has always been larger than any individual, and its greatest days are still ahead. The talent, passion, and ambition that live within this community are undeniable. I cannot wait to see what stories you tell next, what impossible creations you bring to life, and what new adventures await.

In addition to replacing my duties, we are looking for experienced community leaders and nonprofit professionals to join our Board of Directors. This group will advise the new Executive Director, help shape our strategy and provide stability and support for the upcoming transition.
