Baltimore Rock Opera Society (BROS) is a community powered non profit production company that has been creating works of original rock theater since 2009. In the Spring of 2022, BROS will premiere a high-fantasy, feminist, medieval-themed adventure story in the Adlersaal of the Zion Church of Baltimore City. The world-premiere rock opera Love & ROAR! needs a highly capable and logistics-minded Production Manager to coordinate and help execute the vision for the show as outlined in the show’s script, music demos and the existing sets, creatures and costumes designs. The Production Manager (PM) will work closely with all of the BROS Staff members (particularly the Production Director, Volunteer Director, and Managing Director) and the Love & ROAR! Production team (particularly the Director, Assistant Directors, Music Director, Designers and Stage Manager) to lead an energized cast and crew through a satisfying production process. Ultimately, they will help to create a completely mind-blowing run of sold-out performances that touch and thrill our audiences.
  • Working with the show director to Create agendas for weekly production meetings
  • Creating and maintaining a master show calendar with departmental and show deadlines.
  • Setting Production deadlines, Checking in on deadlines, alerting other Production team members and BROS staff when deadlines are missed.
  • Prioritizing the work of the designers and other production staff for the overall benefit of the production
