Baltimore Rock Opera Society is community-powered and Community-led. If you want to shape the future of face-melting performance in Baltimore then apply to be a BROS CAPTAIN. We have openings right now for Volunteer Leaders who can help us shape our new headquarters and who will take charge of a specific department at the company.
Captains are expected to contribute 5-10 hours a month contributing to production, company activities or upkeep and maintenance of their department. They will assist incoming designers with getting oriented to BROS and will help advise on materials, tools and designs.
Captains Positions open for application:
- Video Captain - helps to produce short videos and promotional content
- Props Captain - helps to organize and manage the BROS Small Crafts shop and props inventory
- Puppets Captain - helps to organize and manage the BROS Small Crafts shop and props inventory
- LIT-Co Captain - helps to assist existing LIT Captain Alan Schnittman with LED and small electronics projects
- Kitchen Captain - helps to maintain (and design!) a small kitchen and snacks and equipment inventory at BROS HQ3, helps provide food for social events
Captain get access to a large amount of BROS Company resources, priority for borrowing equipment, rights to utilize BROS spaces for personal projects, access to Google Drive, and building keys.
